Law and Governance" is aimed at studying the theoretical foundations of
international law in the field of cybersecurity, analyzing international legal
mechanisms for ensuring cybersecurity, as well as developing students'
fundamental knowledge about legal regulation of cyberspace at the international
level.<o:p></o:p></p>

margin-left:0in;text-indent:35.45pt;tab-stops:center 88.9pt">The study of international treaties,
conventions and agreements in the field of cybersecurity contributes to
deepening knowledge about mechanisms of international cooperation in combating
cybercrime, protecting critical information infrastructure and ensuring state
cybersecurity. The module enables students to understand the role of
international organizations in forming unified cybersecurity standards and
promotes understanding of principles of international cooperation in
cyberspace.<o:p></o:p></p>

legal regulation. Additionally, it contributes to the formation of practical
skills in this field.<o:p></o:p></p>
