Course Description

The "Electronic Governance (e-governance)" module covers a wide range of topics related to the application of information and communication technologies (ICT) in management and governance across various fields. Students will become familiar with the fundamentals, history, and significance of e-government, and will gain knowledge about the advantages and challenges associated with implementing e-government systems at various levels of state and municipal governance, as well as in the private sector and organizations.The Electronic Governance module examines international and government initiatives, best practices, as well as strategies and tools in the field of e-government. Students will learn about cross-border cooperation, data exchange, evaluation and comparison of various e-government initiatives.After completing the module, students will be able to analyze, design, and evaluate e-governance systems, understand their impact on various sectors of the economy, social life and government, as well as possess knowledge about legal and ethical responsibility in using e-governance.
