Course Description

The "Cyber Criminal Law" module is designed to provide students with comprehensive knowledge about cybercrime, its types, methods of combating cybercriminality and legal mechanisms, as well as to develop practical skills in the field of cybersecurity. The rapid development of digital technologies and the penetration of the Internet into all aspects of our lives has led to an increase in cybercrime. This necessitates the preparation of qualified specialists in the field of combating cybercriminality and ensuring cybersecurity. The main purpose of the module, along with providing students with modern knowledge and skills in analyzing, evaluating and applying legal norms and standards regulating various aspects. Additionally, it involves forming theoretical knowledge among students about cybercrime, its types and characteristics, teaching legal and technical mechanisms of combating cybercrime, teaching the international and national legislative foundations of combating cybercriminality, and familiarizing students with current trends and technologies in the field of cybersecurity.
The module is conducted in Uzbek, Russian and English languages.
