Biography

Lecturer, Cyber Law Department PhD Student, Tashkent State University of Law Parvina G‘ulommamatova is a lecturer at the Cyber Law Department of Tashkent State University of Law (TSUL) and a PhD student specializing in international-legal aspects of preventing and regulating crimes related to crypto-assets. She earned both her LL.B. and LL.M. degrees from TSUL, where she developed a strong academic foundation in law and digital technologies. Her primary research interests include cybercrime, digital advocacy, crypto-assets regulation, and artificial intelligence law. Through her doctoral research, she explores the complex challenges posed by crypto-asset–related crimes and their international legal regulation, aiming to contribute to the development of comprehensive legal mechanisms in this field. In addition to her academic work, she is also a practicing lawyer, providing legal services in civil, economic, criminal, and administrative cases. This dual role allows her to integrate practical legal experience with scholarly research, contributing to both the academic and professional development of Uzbekistan’s legal landscape. Her overall goal is to advance the field of cyber law in Uzbekistan and strengthen the country’s participation in the global dialogue on digital transformation, technology regulation, and the fight against cyber-enabled crimes.
