Biography

Yakubov Akhtam Nusrotilloevich In 2007, he graduated from Samarkand State University. In 2011, he graduated from the Tashkent State Law Institute with a master's degree. In 2020, he defended his dissertation for the academic degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Law.
